Denn GFC Club Notes

Blotto Draw
The Blotto Draw took place in The Crosskeys Inn on Monday 25th August. The winning numbers were 6,13,16,23. There was no jackpot winner. The weekly winners of E25 were Rose Brannigan, Jim Byrd, Adrian & Pauric Smith, Phelim Donohoe, Caroline & Seamus Donohoe. The next draw will be on Monday 1st September in The Carraig Springs. Jackpot is now E8,250.

Senior Championship
Good luck to the Denn Senior team who play Ballinagh in Round 2B of the Hotel Kilmore Cavan Senior Championship on Saturday evening 30th August at 6.45pm in Kingspan Breffni Park.

Under 14 Championship
The Under 14 Championship will begin on Monday 1st September. Denn will play in Division 3B and will face Bailieboro at home in St Matthews Park at 6.30pm. Other teams in Division 3B are Munterconnaught, Gowna, Drumgoon, Ballymachugh.

Under 8 & Under 10 football
The Denn Under 8 and Under 10 footballers participate in "Group White" for the 2014 series of Go Games alongside Arva, Belturbet, Cavan Gaels, Cornafean, Castlerahan and Drumlane.Below is the proposed Go Games fixtures for Denn. All Go Games are scheduled to be played on Saturday mornings from 10.30am. The first named team will host the Go Games on the day indicated.
Game 12 Saturday 6th September: Denn v Cornafean
Game 13 Saturday 13th September: Cavan Gaels v Denn
Game 14 Saturday 20th September: Denn v Castlerahan

Club Membership
2014 Club Membership is now due. In order to be entitled to the rights of a full member, a person must have their fees paid to the club. Anyone that uses the club's facilities, even if it is only walking around the pitch must be fully paid up members to be insured. Contact any committee member. Social Membership is now also available.
