Healthy Club New Year – New Start: #slainte

 

1.       2 x New Pilates Classes for male and female beings on Tuesday 14th Jan  @ 7-8pm and 8-9pm in Stradone Community Centre for 6 weeks @ €50 – spaces are limited here. Contact Gary 0n 0874120732

2.       Light Up Laragh: As part of operation transformation Laragh United are lighting up PJ Duke Park on Thursday evenings from 7pm to 9pm, starting this week Jan 16th and continuing for 6 weeks. Everyone welcome to come along and walk or run.

3.       Circuits with Dom – Circuit classes continue in Stradone Community Centre on Wed nights @ 7pm. €6 per class pay as you go.
