Seniors

Unfortunately last Sunday wasn't to be our day as we lost out to Laragh Utd on a 2-16 to 1-9 scoreline in the Intermediate Final. The club would like to express their thanks to our panel of players for the huge effort they have put in for the whole season and to our management team of Padraig Dolan and Adrian McGovern who were always meticulous in preparing the team for every game and who have shown tremendous dedication to our club for the past 3 campaigns.A word of thanks also to Terry Hyland who also helped out with our senior team for the past number of years.  Thanks to our Physio Mickey Lee and John O'Neill who looked after our players throughout the year. A huge word of thanks also to our Chairman Mark Lawlor and our club committee who do unbelievable work between the scenes which does not go unnoticed and is appreciated by us all. We would also like to thank all the wives, girlfriends and parents of the players for their off field support throughout the year and indeed over a long number of years. We would like to thank our main sponsors Erne Motor Works Toyota for their generous sponsorship for the last three years. A huge word of thanks also to Francie and Dolores Cahill and the staff of the Seven Horseshoes for providing meals to our Dublin based players and indeed after training sessions. A huge word of thanks to all local businesses, schools, our youngsters in the club, our ladies team, our fellow clubs in the surrounding West Cavan area, supporters at home and abroad for their messages of support. Big Breakfast

 Thanks to all who supported the "Big breakfast in aid of Belturbet  Oskars  in the Seven Horseshoes  last Sunday the 6 of October. All proceeds are going towards the Belturbet Rory O’Moores ‘A Night at the OsKaRs’!

 

Reserves

Our Reserves Division 3 Reserve Championship Semi Final with Shercock is due to take place this Saturday October 12 at 7pm on the 3G Pitch, Kingspan Breffni.

 

Minor Ladies

Well done to our Minor Ladies on their 5-18 to 5-8 win over Ballyhaise on Sunday last in the Division 2 Championship in Rory O'Moore Park. Our Minor ladies face Kingscourt in the Division 2 Minor Championship Semi Final this Sunday October 13 at 11am in Rory O'Moore Park.

 

U13s

Hard luck to our U13s on their 6-12 to 1-6 loss to Dernacrieve Gaels on Saturday afternoon last in Rory O'Moore Park in the Division 3 Championship.

 

Oskars Launch Night

We have already completed a substantial amount of work on our grounds in order to future proof our cub, and facilities, for all of our members and for the future of the club and Association within our town.  Now we want to finish the job we started! We have plans in place to install a stand and to refurbish our car park, all for the benefit of the town and our members! But we need your help!  Join our fundraising initiative, The OsKaRs!

Get involved, get your family and friends involved! There truly is something for everyone to do; and all of it contributing towards the development of OUR facilities!

Club Membership 

Many thanks for your continued strong and loyal support for our club. Family Membership in Club Belturbet is €300 for the year or €240 for the year for an individual membership in Club Belturbet. This will entitle members to free entry into all Belturbet games at underage and senior level as well as having their name entered into the weekly club lotto draw. If any member wishes to purchase the regular membership the fee for the year is €50. Membership fees for 2019 can be returned  to our club chairman Mark Lawlor, Secretary Paul O'Reilly, Treasurer Alan Traynor or indeed any of the club committee.
