Our annual PJ McManus memorial cup takes place as usual on St Stephens day, this year funds raised will go towards buying and installing a defibrillator and security box for the people of the parish, this box will be installed at a convenient location between St Patricks church, Corlough and St Patricks national school.  We hope we will never need to use it but as this area is probably the biggest area for people gathering, we feel that this would be the best location, to start raising funds for this we will hold a coffee morning on Saturday 25th November 11am to 2pm in Corlough Community Centre.  We hope you can all dig deep and help us raise sufficient funds to cover the cost of buying and installing the defibrillator.  As we know the generosity of the people in our area we are confident that we will have money left over after we have bought and installed the defibrillator, therefore all other money that is collected will be donated to the Michael Anthony McGovern, Glangevlin benefit fund. More details to follow closer to the coffee morning.  Sponsorship and raffle prizes gratefully accepted.
