Carlow manager Turlough O'Brien stressed that they will give the qualifiers their all.

Last weekend saw the Barrowsiders exit the Leinster SFC at the first hurdle as Louth took the spoils on this occasion.

O'Brien was obviously disappointed to see his side exit the provincial championship so early, but he was adamant when speaking to the Carlow Nationalist that they would be putting a huge effort into the qualifiers.

"We will give it a good lash at the qualifiers," said O'Brien. "They are a very united bunch. They have worked hard. They are very dedicated to Carlow."

The first round of All-Ireland senior football championship qualifiers take place on June 18th meaning that Carlow have at least a month to prepare for them.
