There are two Carlow clubs in Leinster club action this weekend.

On Saturday afternoon (2pm), Carlow Town take on Shamrocks of Offaly in the Leinster club JHC. The Carlow side are only representing the county, having lost the intermediate semi-final.

Shamrocks should be too strong in this one and are favourites to advance to the last four of this competition.

Meanwhile, on Sunday Ballon have home advantage against Daingean of Offaly when the sides meet in the Leinster club JFC quarterfinal at Dr Cullen Park.

Ballon defeated Kilmacanogue in the opening round of the campaign, but they face a step up in class this weekend.
