They each win ?70. Next weeks draw for ?5,000 takes place in the Thatch. Senior and Junior Football Results Both our senior and junior footballers were knocked out of the championship last week. The juniors were beaten by Gracefield 1-12 to 1-06 last Thursday night. While the seniors, despite beating Edenderry, lost out on score difference. See match report elsewhere. A big thank you to both management teams, trainers, selectors and players for all their work and effort during the year. Senior and Junior Hurling Fixtures Our junior hurlers take on Drumcullen on Thursday evening at 7pm in Rath. A win would see them qualify for the knockout stages. On Saturday evening our senior hurlers play their last group game against Coolderry. This game is also fixed for Rath, with a throw-in time of 6.30pm. We wish both teams the very best of luck. Shamrocks Ladies Football Congratulations to the Shamrocks ladies team who have reached the junior final. They enjoyed a big win over Ferbane in the semi final 3-18 to 1-09. We wish them well as they prepare for the final. Minor Hurling The minor hurlers lost to CRC Gaels in Rahan on Monday evening. U14 Football The U14 Footballers lost out to DER Gaels in Rahan on Tuesday evening. U16 Football The U16 footballers had a good win over Ballinamere Durrow in Rahan on Wed evening winning on a scoreline of 2-17 to 0-09. Minor Hurling The minor hurlers had a 2-08 to 1-07 win away to Na Fianna on Friday evening. U12 A Hurling Semi Final The U12 Semi final against Kilcormac Killoughey was cancelled on Sunday morning due to the weather and has been refixed for Thursday evening in Killurin at 7.00pm. U14B Hurling semi final The U14 hurlers are playing Kinnitty in the U14B semi final on Monday evening at 7pm in Killurin.
