Galway captain Kieran Fitzgerald
Kieran Fitzgerald is expected to return to the Galway team for Sunday week's Connacht SFC final against Mayo at Castlebar.
The 2001 All-Star corner back missed the semi-final win over Leitrim with a hamstring injury and was replaced by Damien Burke. But he has since returned to full fitness and is poised to come back into the starting line-up for the showdown with John O'Mahony's charges.
