Kildare unchanged

Kildare manager Glenn Ryan has kept faith with the same team that overcame Down for Saturday's Cadbury's All-Ireland under 21 football final against Kerry at Semple Stadium. Team captain Gary White has recovered from a shoulder injury he sustained in the semi-final, while Alan Smith and Gary Smullen - who scored the only goal against Down - are named in the full forward line. Meanwhile, Kerry boss Sean Geaney must plan without wing back Eoin Murphy, who is ruled out with the knee injury he suffered in the semi-final win over Mayo. Gavin Duffy replaced the unfortunate Murphy after just eight minutes of that game, and the likelihood is that he will retain his place in defence. Kerry will announce their line-up on Friday evening. Kildare (U21FC v Kerry): N McConnell; C Brophy, D Brennan, S Murphy; J Browne, G White, T Byrne; M Watter, N Higgins; D Whyte, E O'Flaherty, C Kelly; S Fahy, A Smith, G Smullen.
