Healy hopes to set the record straight
May 05, 2007
Laois captain Cahir Healy is hoping that the midlanders can turn the tables on Cork and win the Cadbury's All-Ireland Under 21FC final at Thurles.
Healy concedes that the Rebel County's underage fraternity had the upper hand on Laois at under 21 level last time out but the vaunted dual player is keeping his fingers crossed that the tide is about to turn in Laois's favour.
"This'll be our fifth game against them. We played them twice at minor level - a draw and a replay - and the same last year in the Under 21," Healy explained.
"We won the minor and they won the under 21s so it's honours even and, please, God, we'll get the record back on our side after Saturday."
