Crossmaglen and Clonmel players dominate our football team of the week.

1. Jake McDonald (Clonmel Commercials)

Kept a clean sheet in Mallow as Charlie McGeever and his players created history with a late smash and grab raid against Nemo.

2. Paul Hughes (Crossmaglen)

Tasked with the job of policing Conor McCarthy, Hughes restricted his Scotstown opponent to a point from play.

3. Donal Lynch (Clonmel Commercials)

Typified his side's never-say-die attitude with two textbook blocks on Dylan Mehigan.

4. Jamie Peters (Clonmel Commercials)

Prevented a Nemo goal early on what deflecting a Paul Kerrigan shot over his own crossbar.

5. Aaron Kernan (Crossmaglen)

Was a calming influence in the Cross half-back line and roamed forward to good effect on a number of occasions.

6. Kevin Harney (Clonmel Commercials)

Carved a niche for himself as the first Tipperary club footballer to lift the prestigious Munster Club SFC silverware.

7. James Morgan (Crossmaglen)

Sent off late on but made a major contribution to the Armagh champions' 11th provincial title success.

8. Francis Caulfield (Scotstown)

Was instrumental in Scotstown getting the upper hand around the middle third of the field but his efforts went unrewarded.

9. Jack Kennedy (Clonmel Commercials)

One of the stars of Clonmel's breakthrough success, the midfielder got through an enormous amount of work and also made the scoresheet with a point.

10. Michael McNamee (Crossmaglen)

Registered a point but was also involved in the build-up to a number of his side's scores, including Tony Kernan's goal.

11. Paul Kerrigan (Nemo Rangers)

Denied right at the death, it will take a while for the Nemo captain to get yesterday's disappointment out of his system.

12. Tony Kernan (Crossmaglen)

Displayed nerves of steel to register 1-6 (1-1 from play) for Cross in the Athletic Grounds.

13. Darren Hughes (Scotstown)

The all-action Hughes scored his side's opening goal and set up the second before receiving a red card at the end.

14. Michael Quinlivan (Clonmel Commercials)

Off target with four first-half frees but made amends in the most spectacular fashion 30 seconds from the end of the Munster final.

15. Kyle Carragher (Crossmaglen)

Was a constant thorn in the side of the Scotstown defence and fisted home his side's extra-time goal.
