St. Gall's long reign as Antrim senior football champions is over after they were comprehensively beaten by Cargin in Ahoghill last night.

The Milltown men, who were seeking a nine-in-a-row of county titles and their 13th in 14 years, trailed by just a point, 0-6 to 0-7, at half-time, but Cargin dominated the second half to run out 1-14 to 0-9 winners.
