Kerry minors celebrate their Munster success

Former Kerry footballer Sean O'Sullivan is believed to be a leading contender for the minor football manager's job, which becomes available when Jack O'Connor steps down at the end of the year.

O'Connor has already been appointed manager of the county under-21 side for next year, so the Kerry County Board have already begun the process of finding a successor.

O'Sullivan has worked with a number of Kerry development squads and the four-time All-Ireland is believed to be among the favourites, according to the Kerryman.

Another former Kerry star Tommy Griffin is part of the management set up should O'Sullivan get the job, with the Kerry County Board expected to make an appointment later this month.

Other names being linked to the role include Liam Hassett, Peter Keane and John Galvin.
