Team news: Laois U21 side to face Carlow

Manager Seamus 'Cheddar' Plunkett has named a strong Laois team for tonight's Leinster U21HC quarter-final clash against Carlow at O'Moore Park, Portlaoise (throw-in 7.30pm).

Goalkeeper Enda Rowland, defender Joe Campion, midfielder Dwane Palmer, and attacking trio PJ Scully, Ben Conroy and Cha Dwyer all featured for Plunkett's senior side in the 1-20 to 1-17 comeback victory over Westmeath on Sunday.

The six players above, plus wing-forward Ciaran Collier and corner-forward Aaron Moore all played in last year's 1-17 to 1-10 defeat to Dublin at the same stage.
