Has this ever happened before?

When the Portlaoise junior 'B' hurlers discovered that they were short five players for their clash with neighbours Clonad at the weekend, the fathers of five players agreed to tog out alongside them.

And they showed that they can still do a job by helping 'The Town' to a six-point victory!
