Manager Feargal Logan says his Tyrone U21s are motivated from within.

This particular crop of players has won every honour available to them so far in their young intercounty careers and they can complete a clean sweep of underage titles by beating Tipperary in Saturday's All-Ireland U21 FC final at Parnell Park.

"They're a self-motivated group and when you get that self-motivation and you're not dragging them along night after night then it's wonderful what can happen," the O'Neill County boss told The Irish News.

"These boys are motivated from within and they have a fair amount of skill, some class, so it takes the mix of it all to get the ingredients for a successful team.

"But we need it all to mix in very nicely for another big day and if we can do that then we're in with a good chance. There's no guarantees here but we'll hope and trust that the focus remains good and we'll give it our best shot."
