Donegal took the Ulster MFL spoils courtesy of a six-point victory over Derry at Healy Park today.

Goals in either half from Niall O'Donnell and the impressive Michael Carroll paved the way for the holders.

O'Donnell's goal helped established a commanding 1-10 to 0-4 interval lead for Declan Bonner's charges.

Francis Kearney netted a consolation goal for the Oak Leafers.
