Today's semi-final replay win over Mayo will mean nothing if Kerry don't finish off the job in the All-Ireland SFC final according to attacking ace James O'Donoghue.
O'Donoghue helped himself to 2-6 against Mayo in the Gaelic Grounds this evening and, speaking to RTE's 'The Saturday Game' after picking up the man-of-the-match award, the Legion clubman said: "I can't believe it, I thought we threw it away a couple of times over the two games.
"When Cillian O'Connor had the ball in his hands towards the end there I thought another replay. I'm just delighted to get over the line and looking forward to an All-Ireland final.
"The last time in 2011 I didn't get a game so hopefully I'll get a game this time and hopefully we'll win it!
"There's only one thing in Kerry and that's the All-Ireland. We said at the start of the year we'll get to the final, shoot it out.
"It'll take a good team to beat us. Donegal and Dublin are very good sides but we're there now and we have a chance."
