Kilmacud Crokes were a notable absentee from this evening's Dublin SFC quarter-final draw after they were sensationally dumped out of the championship by Ballyboden St. Enda's at O'Toole Park.

In a scrappy game, the perennial favourites led by 0-9 to 1-3 at the break, but 'Boden battled back to level the tie at 1-7 to 0-10 with 10 minutes to go. The underdogs went on to win by 2-9 to 0-12 after Crokes had a man sent off and a goal disallowed in the closing five minutes.

In this evening's remaining second round game at Parnell Park, Parnell's romped to a 1-22 to 0-5 victory over Templeogue Synge Street who were forced to line out without injured duo Eoghan O'Gara and Denis Bastick. Former Mayo star Conor Mortimer kicked seven first half points (five frees) to set Paul Bealin's men up for an easy win.

Last night, 11 different players got on the scoresheet for holders Ballymun Kickhams as they dismantled a hapless Erin's Isle by 31 points, 4-23 to 0-4. 2011 winners St. Brigid's powered past Thomas Davis on a 5-16 to 0-17 scoreline, while Cavan sharpshooter Eugene Keating posted seven points for St. Sylvester's in a 1-17 to 1-8 victory over Ballinteer St. John's.

The standout quarter-final fixture is the meeting of Ballyboden St. Enda's and St. Brigid's.
