The front cover of the London v Sligo programme
It's the turn of Sligo to take the short trip across the Irish Sea to take on London in the quarter-final of the Connacht SFC.

Kevin Walsh's Yeats County outfit are odds on favourites to return home with a semi-final against Leitrim in the back pocket but the Exiles are more than capable of ruffling a few feathers as they proved against Leitrim last year and Fermanagh two years ago.

12 months ago Leitrim survived a major scare on a scoreline of 0-12 to 1-8 while, in 2011, they knocked the Ernesiders out of the qualifiers.

London manager Paul Coggins has admitted to suffering from sleepless nights as he tries to decide on his starting 15.

The Roscommon man reckons this is the strongest squad he has had at his disposal since taking over as manager.

Sligo captain Ross Donovan, meanwhile, has called for greater consistency in his team's display following a mixed league campaign which saw them finish third from bottom in Division 3.

"We know that we have to perform to a consistent level for the full game against London. If we don't we will be in trouble," he said.

Sligo All Star Charlie Harrison - who lined out for the Exiles back in 2004 - is well aware of the threat posed by Sunday's opponents.

"They are so committed to the cause and sooner or later, they are going to claim a big scalp."

With that warning ringing in their ears, Kevin Walsh's men should set up a semi-final showdown with Leitrim.
