O'Rourke's team selection based on training stats

Louth manager Aidan O'Rourke
Aidan O'Rourke is selecting the Louth players who impress most during training.
The Wee County boss has told his charges that his team sheet will be dictated by their performances on the training ground and he proved good to his word last weekend as he made six changes ahead of the victory over Galway.
"We've been very clear from the start that whoever performs in training gets picked," the Armagh man told The Argus.
"We've a couple of templates as to how we want to play and the fellas who are getting it done during the week get picked at the weekend - it's as simple as that.
"There was no real gamble with it. Most of the changes were one of two things: enforced through injury or fellas in form.
"It's a long time since the Westmeath game and fellas who have performed since then get picked in the team.
"Conor McGuinness and Paraic Smith are two prime example of fellas who have been tearing it up in training and internal games and they got their chance and took it."
