Declan Ryan has refused to rule Lar Corbett out of playing some part against Limerick.

The Premier County and the Treaty men do battle in the first round of the Munster SHC at Thurles on Sunday week and the general consensus has been that the recently-returned 2010 Hurler of the Year will not be ready to feature.

But Ryan hasn't committed himself either way, simply commenting in today's Examiner:

"It was a big surprise when Lar decided to opt out earlier in the year but we were all delighted when he decided to come back.

"Luckily he doesn't put up a lot of weight. It's going to take him a number of weeks to get up to speed but it's good to have him back."

Attacking trio Eoin Kelly, Seamus Callanan and Patrick Maher will all be available to Tipp, while Adrian Ryan is ruled out.
