This Friday on Seó Spóirt, Dara and the panel will be previewing this year's upcoming hurling and football championship's and the Heineken Cup Final in Twickenham.

Joining Dara on the couch this week is Jarlath Burns and TG4 Rugby Analyst Eoghan Ó Neachtain as well as our very own SBB.

The lads will be looking at the all the games taking place in this weekend's hurling and football championships. We will also look ahead to the Heineken Cup Final between Leinster and Ulster that's taking place this weekend in Twickenham.
