Phelan reveals Achilles heel

London hurling manager Eamonn Phelan
London manager Eamonn Phelan feels that the amount of frees that they are conceding is worrying.
A second half collapse almost proved very costly against Mayo last weekend as London held on to book their place in the Christy Ring Cup quarterfinal where they will face Derry this Saturday.
Phelan explained to the Irish Post that the concession of so many frees has been a problem for them in many of their matches this year.
"It's our Achilles heel," Phelan said of the frees. "Last week about 3 to 5 points came off frees so we don't seem to concede a lot other than from frees.
"Last week against Meath in the first half there was no team who would have lived with us in the competition."
