Galway midfielder Barry Cullinane has dropped himself of the senior panel.

Cullinane, who has been part of the squad for a few years now was considered a first choice midfielder until this year as Alan Mulholland has decided not to use the big Claregalway man so far.

This has resulted in Cullinane receiving no game time in Galway's opening three matches of the league, even though they are struggling to find their form.

Despite, being one of the top players in the club scene last year, Cullinane is out of favour with the new management team and he has decided to concentrate on his club career for the time being. Tweet
