The rescheduled Allianz FL Division 1 tie between Mayo and Dublin will now take place in March.

The original fixture on Saturday night was abandoned at half time after fog enveloped McHale Park, with referee Marty Duffy unable to see the corners of the pitch when he stood at centre field before the start of the second half.

Mayo county board were informed this morning that the re-fixed game would take place in McHale Park this Saturday, but have since heard back from Croke Park to say that is not now the case. Instead the match will be played on the 31 March.

The original decision to play the game this Saturday seemed strange given that the M Donnelly interprovincial semi-finals are fixed for the following day.

This afternoon Sean Boylan announced that ten Dublin players were part of his 25-man Leinster squad.
