Cunningham in 'Fortress Casement' call

Antrim's Paddy Cunningham
Antrim captain Paddy Cunningham wants the Saffrons to turn Casement Park into a fortress.

The attacking ace bagged 1-5 on Sunday as Liam Bradley's charges opened their Division Three account with a battling home win over Sligo. Now he wants Belfast to become a dreaded venue for visiting teams:

"Home results are vital in this league. Your home games are going to be your bread and butter.

"The points you get at home will be crucial because there's very little between any of the teams in Division Three.

"It was vitally important to start with a win and we want to make this place something where teams do not like to come.

"I watched Derry and Tyrone on the television the night before. Tyrone were probably favourites but Derry at Celtic Park once again came up trumps.

"That is something we want to do here at Casement Park."
