Cork's Sean Og O'hAilpin
Sean Og O hAilpin says the returning 2008 Cork hurling squad are prepared to work with county secretary Frank Murphy in their pursuit of success this year.
The 2005 All-Ireland winning captain, who was one of Murphy's biggest critics during the five-month dispute, said he is only interested in a structure being put in place that would produce a 'great manager'.
He said: "Frank is still the secretary, but hopefully we're going to be the players for this year.
"All we can do is go back playing and training. As regards the issue of Frank, other people need to look at that and hopefully maybe the clubs will take it forward or whatever.
"Have no doubt, there are to be lessons learned on both sides, us as players and the dealings of the county board and the way they have operated up to now."
He added: "I can tell you one thing now, the players are intent now there is a gateway for them to go back to move on and bring pride and glory to Cork again."
