U21FC: Wicklow come back from the brink

A run of late scores saw Wicklow steal a win away from Longford in this entertaining Cadbury's Leinster U21FC tie at Pearse Park. Wicklow 1-11 Longford 2-6 Darren Hayden goaled early on for the visitors but Longford took command with two quick fire goals as Philip Dobson and Padraig Gill were both on target, as they led by 2-3 to 1-3 at the break. Longford extended the advantage to four points before a run of scores from the boot of Wicklow's Ciaran Walsh tied the game, before Paul Cunningham and Cathal McNicholas hit the late winning scores.
