Bradley disappointed to lose
October 03, 2008
Swatragh manager Jim B. Bradley admitted that the pain of defeat was hard to swallow following his side's SHC final defeat to Kevin Lynch's last weekend.
Both sides gave their all in an enthralling encounter, but it was to be the Dungiven's side day as they lifted the title yet again as Swatragh had to look on.
"We had our chances to be closer maybe," said Bradley. "But it's part of the learning curve that we had to go through. If we got the run of the ball, we might have won the game.
"I hope this group of players stick together and give it another crack. They are young enough to come back and go that step further, if the work is put in."
