Ballyhaunis qualified for the TJ Tyrrell Mayo Senior Hurling Championship finalwith a 2-18 to 0-9 victory over Westport on Sunday. Keith Higgins and Stephen Hoban got the goals. The other semi-final, between James Stephens and Tooreen, finished level, 4-7 to 1-16. The Ballina side plugged back a six-point half-time deficit, while Tooreens Adrian Freeman finished with 1-10.
