Played in front of a large crowd the Gaels found it difficult to put space between themselves and the Towers until the final minutes. Best on the day for the Gaels in defence Steven Boyle and Conner Beirne, in midfield Gary McCloskey fought hard, while upfront James O'Connell and Conner Burke showed well. We will contest the final against either Fulham Irish or Neasden Gaels who drew in the first semi final. Final score TCG 1-10, Round Towers 0-8. Under 21 In Greenford last Sunday our under 21 team played St Kiernans in an exciting championship semi final. The Gaels went down by the minimal margin by a score of 3-9 to 0-17.
