Ryan dismisses Laois move

Kildare's Glen Ryan
Kildare legend Glen Ryan has dismissed the rumours that he will be the next Laois senior footballer manager.
Ryan, who was also linked with the vacant Cavan job, revealed that he had not been speaking to anybody else about taking over anywhere outside his native county.
"It just seems to be rumours," said Ryan. "I have been speaking to nobody about it so I don't know where this came from."
The former Lilywhites stalwart has instead indicated that he will be staying with the Kildare Under 21 side that landed a Leinster title and reached an All-Ireland final with this year.
Nominations for the O'Moore County post were put forward by clubs on Monday night, with Luke Dempsey, Pat Roe and Sean Dempsey all expected to be in the front-runners to succeed Liam Kearns.
