Kerry have conquered another Kingdom… in the Persian Gulf!
Kerry Middle East are one of the newest clubs in the region and last weekend they were successful at the Bahrain GAA Festival. Middle East Chairperson Tadhg Flahive, who also happens to be a Kerryman, is delighted to see new clubs forming.
"We're now 15 clubs spread over six countries and we have 106 teams," says Tadhg. "Thankfully, numbers keep growing."
In this official GAA.ie report from the Bahrain GAA Festival, Donegal man Gerard Faulkner from RAK Ropairi and Leitrim man Andrew Molloy from Al Reem Shamrocks talk about their newly-formed clubs, while Middle East Secretary Gearoid Cronin look forward to the World Games in 2019.
