Kildare must plan without Keith Cribbin for their clash against Dublin at Croke Park on Saturday evening.

The opening round of the NFL Division One campaign sees the Lilywhites head for GAA headquarters where they will take on the reigning All-Ireland champions.

However, they must do so without the experienced Cribbin who picked up an injury last weekend and will be sidelined for a couple of weeks.

Kildare manager Cian O'Neill will be keen to lay down a marker as they embark on life in the top flight, but their cause is not helped by the loss of Cribbin.

Also out of Saturday's game is Jimmy Hyland who is recovering from a hamstring injury and is expected to be sidelined for up to three weeks.
