History was made at Owenbeg yesterday as local side Kevin Lynch's became the first team from Ulster to get their hands on the Feile na nGael Hurling Division 1 silverware.

The Dungiven club overturned a two-point half-time deficit with Tiernan McHugh and Richard Mullan finishing with four points apiece.

An Anton McGrath goal boosted Dunloy into a 1-3 to 0-3 lead at the halfway stage but six unanswered second-half points helped Lynch's seize control of the decider.
