History will be made later this month when two Leinster SHC games will be played outside the province for the first time.

Since joining the Leinster SHC in 2009, both Antrim and Galway have been lobbying to play some of their games at home, and now the Saffrons have finally got their wish as they will play host to Westmeath in the first round of the new round-robin series on Sunday, April 27.

London, who joined the championship last year, will also host Carlow in Ruislip on the same day.

The Antrim-Westmeath game is expected to be played in Ballycastle, and the north coast venue is also in line to stage the third round clash between Antrim and London on Sunday, May 11.

London will also be at home to Laois on Sunday, May 11. The round-robin winners and runners-up will face Wexford and Galway respectively in the Leinster SHC quarter-final.
