Fresh from becoming the first person with Down's Syndrome to win an All-Ireland Scór medal, young Zara McCavigan had the honour of being the Antrim mascot for yesterday's Allianz Football League game against London in Belfast.
A lovely video posted on the Antrim GAA Twitter account showed Zara 'high-fiving' the players after their 1-13 to 1-8 win at Corrigan Park.
Zara, who is a Year 10 student at St Ronan's College in Lurgan, was part of the Aghagallon group that won the All-Ireland Scór na nOg Leiriu Staitse (Novelty Act) in Castlebar the previous weekend. She also won a gold medal for Special Olympics swimming in 2016 and is an inspiration to everyone who knows her.
High fives for Zara!
