Mulvey comes home

April 07, 2016

London's Lorcan Mulvey beats Cavan and fellow Butlersbridge man Feargal Flanagan to the ball.

London star Lorcan Mulvey has transferred back to his home club in Cavan.

The midfielder-come-full-forward completed his transfer from Fulham Irish to Butlersbridge on Monday, just 24 hours after London concluded their Division Four National League campaign against Wicklow.

The 2013 All Star nominee has not returned home to join Terry Hyland's high-flying Blues, but will be back in the English capital for the Exiles' Connacht SFC opener against Mayo on May 29th.

He is set to line-out for Butlersbridge in a number of All County League Division Three games  - the first of which is against Laragh United on Sunday - before travelling back across the Channel for next month's showdown with the Connacht champions in Ruislip.
