Rooney returns for Down

Down star Declan Rooney
All-Ireland winner Declan Rooney returns to the Down defence in one of three changes to James McCartan's side for Sunday's visit of Galway.
Rooney was one of four of the starting All-Ireland final back six to sit out the opening weekend draw with Mayo.
He returns to the side at left half back but the other three - Dan McCartan, Damian Rafferty and Conor Garvey - are all still unavailable.
The other changes are in the forward line, with Conor Maginn and Conor Laverty replacing Paul McComiskey and John Clarke.
Gerard McCartan, a late call-up to the side in Castlebar, continues at corner back.
In all, the team includes ten of the side which started last September's All-Ireland final defeat to Cork.
Both sides will be bidding for their first win of the campaign, with Galway in particularly bad shape following a poor performance in Monaghan and the subsequent withdrawals by Kieran Fitzgerald and Niall Coleman.
Down (SF v Galway, Sunday, Pairc Esler, 2.30pm): McVeigh; G McCartan, Gordon, Howard; Brannigan, McKernan, Rooney; Fitzpatrick, King; Hughes, M Poland, Maginn; Laverty, Coulter, M Clarke.
