1005814 I cee a Donegal win, Dublin wont score 0-22 against Donegal. Kildare were a high scoring team and only scored 12 points in 90 minutes. The bookies likely will go for an easy dublin win but probably a few points either way and likely to Donegal.

PLEASE DONT COMPARE DUBLIN WITH KILDARE,and why would you say they wont get 22 points if dublin up there game which they did against tyrone id be worried for donegal and i for one reckon there level will be raised again for the hunger is shocking in the side at present and knowing coming out on top means a chance in the final will only drive them on more....

Listen the performance doesn't matter all that matters is that we win the game , so people don't be expecting another tyrone display.

should be a cracker, should be a good battle between Donegal defence and Dublin forwards. Hopefully Donegal by 1

the Dublin fans seem a bit disgruntled on here about not getting the credit they deserve for getting this far in the championship but I for one think they have done better to get to this stage than they have any other year.
In Munster Kerry and Cork only really have to lift their performances if they meet each other and if they are on opposite sides of the draw they don't really bother too much about the Munster Final. They are aiming to reach their peak in September and only start to kick on in early August. The same can be said in Connaught for Galway and Mayo.
If you are in Ulster or Leinster however you might have to be peaking substantially sooner as you could be getting an early exit due to the higher standard of teams.
Dublin have done just enough to win Leinster and credit to them but they looked against Tyrone like a team that was aiming to peak for August and September and I for one think they have got their strategy better this year than any other. That performance against Tyrone will go down as one of the best team performances ever in Croke Park and if Dublin do beat us in the semi (hopefully they won't) I for one will congratulate yous and will be cheering you on in the final !!

Can't say I agree.

The Tyrone game is Dublin's only performance of note so far. Laois provided no challenge to them, only for that free, they'd have bottled it against Kildare and we screwed it up for ourselves in the Leinster final, none of which produced a solid comprehensive performance from Dublin.

You have to go to the Tyrone performance for that, they were superb, well played, well deserved win. people say Tyrone were bad that day but the manner in which Dublin won that game was unlike any of their previous performances, as you say, a real team perfomance, and perhaps they can take that forward into the SF. If they do, you have to fancy their chances against Donegal

Donegal who on the other hand have done superbly this year. Thay are the only county that had to win 4 games to win their province, were they not? And that included Tyrone and a resurgent Derry. Their performance against Kildare was gutsy, dogged & determined and they really showed a hunger for it and a desire to last the course.

On paper, you'd have to fancy Donegal for this one but a reinvigorated Dublin in Croke Park on the back of that Tyrone performance & 70 minutes within that elusive AI Final place will be a tough prospect

Hope it's a cracker, good luck to both

Once more the hype begins - Dublin GAA - a time to avoid all Dublin based media that comment on sports. purchase again after Semi loss.

Big test of the mental side of Dublin as the pressure and expectation on them must be huge

Clondalkindub i don't think this team are under pressure,it looks to me that they are enjoying their football, and they know 2 more performances their home and dry.....This Donegal team are 2/3 years behind where the Dubs are at....Lets be honest

Have to say that I felt Dublin would win this one but over the last week, I have come to believe a bit more in the Donegal team. We are well organized and will not panic at any stage of the game. The one thing I would worry about is playing the game short out of our own half of the field. We could cough up a goal if our keeper makes the error he made at the end of the kildare game. It will b interesting to see how we manage against the long ball dublin will play into our defense. We have a full clean bill of health and a lot of match experience from the championship this year. Hard to beat narrow wins in the last minute for confidence. All on the day but I am now feeling we can actually do it

Hard one to call.

Dublin are a nice footballing team and enjoyable to watch. I still dont know how good they are but they are major contenters for Sam now. Donegal will be hard to beat as they stop teams from playing football and have thirteen men behind the ball when defending which makes it horrible to watch but it is effective.

I think if the Dubs get fast ball in to the forwards and keep playing a high tempo game they will win. If its a slow game Donegal will take over and kill it as a spectable and proberly will win.

I think the Dubs will take it and prove football is the way to play this game.
