If there were any doubts about Portaferry (Down) winning Antrim's Division One Hurling League title they were laid to rest when Ballycastle were their victims in the league on Sunday 17th November. They defeated the North Antrim side in a convincing manner on a scoreline of 2-23 to 0-6, in their penultimate game making their clash with Saint John's next week a meaningless affair. They led 0-13 to 0-2 at the interval with goals from Noel Sands and Joe Kelly finishing of the Ballycastle side in the second-half. Tweet
