Ryan to juggle side

Wexford manager Jason Ryan
Wexford manager Jason Ryan admits that he has some enforced changes to make ahead of Sunday's O'Byrne Shield final against Carlow.

The neighbours meet at Tinryland on Sunday afternoon as the league takes a break for another week. Ryan will definitely be without the cup-tied Ciaran Lyng and Shane Roche, while Adrian Morrissey and Paddy Byrne are both injured.

Ryan is keen to keep his players fresh as they face into four league games on consecutive weeks starting with a tough clash against Sligo on March 7th.

"With the exception of those mentioned we will basically be working off the squad of players that was available against Offaly," said Ryan.

"We have four important league games on the trot so it's important that all players are on top of their game. This is ideal preparation against Carlow who are improving under Luke Dempsey."
