Leinster Colleges SHC 'A' quarter-final draw made

The quarter-final draw for the Leinster Colleges SHC 'A' has been made.

Holders Good Counsel, New Ross will meet traditional giants St. Kieran's College if they can overcome St. Brendan's in their outstanding first round tie. Castlecomer CS have been paired with St. Peter's College, Bunclody, while newcomers Westmeath Colleges' prize for beating Dublin South is a meeting with Kilkenny CBS.

The remaining quarter-final will be an all-Dublin affair between Dublin North and Colaiste Eoin.
The quarter-finals will take place on Saturday week, February 6 at 2pm with venues yet to be decided.

Meanwhile, the Leinster Colleges SFC 'A' quarter-finals take place tomorrow. Holders St. Mary's, Edenderry have a home tie against Dublin's St. Benildus, Ardscoil Na Tronoide, Athy host St. Peter's, Wexford, Colaiste Eoin, Dublin are also at home to Dundalk Colleges, while St. Pat's, Navan face Moate Community School at Pairc Tailteann in what is expected to be the game of the day.
