John Keane for revenge
June 23, 2009

Tyrone's Peter Donnelly tackles Westmeath's John Keane during the NFL at Cusack Park Mullingar.
Westmeath captain John Keane sees Sunday's Leinster SFC semi-final against Dublin as an opportunity to avenge last year's heartbreaking loss to the Dubs at the same stage.
The Lake County were left to rue a number of spurned chances as they slipped to a 1-8 to 0-13 defeat, and double All-Star Keane wants revenge.
"Losing to them last year really hurt because our minds were totally focused on winning Leinster," he said.
"We had beaten Dublin in a league final (Division 2), we were well set up for it and we just didn't take our opportunities.
"It wasn't just about our wides (17). In the full back line, we gave away some handy frees too and all that helped Dublin. We all made mistakes."
While Dublin have beaten Westmeath in their last two championship meetings (last year and in the 2006 All-Ireland quarter-final), the Lake County can take encouragement from the fact that they were the last team to beat the Dubs in Leinster en route to winning their first provincial title five years ago.
"To be honest, I hadn't even thought about," he added.
"That just seems such a long time ago now. We beat them by two points that day and I remember Paul Conway (now a Westmeath selector) got the insurance point at the end."
