To celebrate their 25th anniversary, the Christopher's GFC club of Boston is making a trip to Ireland on the weekend of March 29th through April 2nd. Over that 25 year period the club has become a club away from home for many Gaels from various parts of Ireland. While many of those Gaels have returned to Ireland friendships formed over the years still remain intact and the traveling party is looking forward to a weekend of festivities and the opportunity to catch up with old friends. A weekend of activities are planned, culminating in football game between a Christopher's all star selection and the famed Nemo Rangers club of Cork. The game is scheduled to take place at the Nemo Facilities on Saturday March 31st at 5pm.

Christopher's GFC is one of the leading senior football teams in Boston. The team has been one of the leading lights in the development of the Game in Boston by encouraging participation of American born players, culminating in capturing the North American Senior Football championship in 2009, with no fewer than seven American born players on board. The club is continuously competing for honors and remains among the premier senior football clubs in Boston.
