Éire Óg London club notes

Last Saturday we played Garryowen in a division three league game on a sunny Saturday afternoon in Downhills Park. The game was a lively affair with Garryowen converting an early goal. Garryowen built up comprehensive early lead. We pulled a couple of scores back before half time. We started the better of the two teams in the second half converting several chances. Garryown where the better side on the day and ran out comprehensive winners. Eire Og 1-6 to 2-9 Garryowen. 

This Thursday we take on Glen Rovers in a challenge game in Downhills Park at 7:45pm.

Training takes place tonight and Thursday in Downhills Park, N17 6AP at 7:45pm. Turnpike Lane underground station is a five minute walk and Seven Sisters is 15 minute walk from our ground.

New players are always very welcome to join our friendly club. We are based in North London and have our own pitch and changing facilities. The club covers a wide are, our catchment area for players includes; North, East and Central London, the city of London and Westminster, boroughs of Islington, Camden, Haringey, Kilburn, Hackney, along with many other areas.
