Paul Coggins will serve a fifth year as London football manager in 2015.

The Roscommon native has agreed to continue after issues relating to training facilities and plans to play some pre-Christmas challenge matches were agreed with the county board.

"I agreed with the county board and it was ratified at the board meeting [on October 13]. I am in position for another year. I spoke to a lot of people and thought long and hard about it," he told the Irish World website.

Coggins, who led the Exiles to an historic Connacht SFC final appearance last year, is in the process of filling the voids left by trainer Kevin Downes - who has taken up a similar role with his native Cavan - fitness coach Tony Murphy - who also returning to work with his native Fermanagh - and selector Paul Murphy.

"I would like to thank all three, personally, for their dedication and commitment to London over my four years in charge. There will be a lot of fresh faces in the background, the only old face will be me," he added.
