St Brendan's GAA Manchester-Club Notes

Everyone at St Brendan's would like to wish the Lancashire Senior County Team the best of luck in their All-Ireland Junior Semi-Final v Kerry which is to be played this Saturday at Old Bedian's, Manchester. A special good luck to the four Brendan's boys who played in the All-Britain final and hope to keep their starting spots; John Gibney at full-back, Alan Boyle at corner back, Stephen Molumphy at centre-half back, and Nathan Plant at wing-half forward. Throw in is at 18:00.

The Seniors face St Lawrence's tonight in the Senior League. Throw in is at 7:30 at Hough End. All players are asked to be at Hough End for no later than 7pm.

The Juniors have their league semi-final this weekend. Date, time, and opponents have yet to be confirmed. Contact management for details later in the week.

St Brendan's are always on the lookout for new players, so if you are working or studying in the Manchester area, or are considering moving there in the future you will be more than welcome to join our ambitious club. Players of all abilities are welcome. The club is happy to help out with employment, accommodation, and transport of potential players to and from training.
