16 March 2007

The history-making Greencastle team returned home to a rapturous welcome on Sunday evening, 11th of March after becoming the first Co. Tyrone club to win an All-Ireland title.

The St. Patrick’s side were crowned All-Ireland junior club football title-holders at Croke Park on Saturday, 10th of March following a thrilling and competitive decider against the Kerry and Munster champions, Duagh.

To all involved in this tremendous success every congratulations on a job well done – you did yourselves, your club and county proud!
